Maroon U provides you with several shipping methods through FedEx to guarantee the arrival of your Aggie gifts and apparel in a timely manner.
Shipping Options:
- FedEx Ground/Sure Post $10.95
- FedEx 2nd Day Air $22.95
- FedEx Next Day Air $32.95
Maroon U asks that you please provide a physical address when placing your order through a FedEx shipping method, FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.
All orders will be processed within 24 - 48 hours. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping, so please allow a few days for the charge to reflect on your bank statement.

Can I print out my order confirmation?
After you place an order, you will be emailed a confirmation of your order that can be printed on your home computer. If you don't receive it, please check your spam box before contacting us. This is a confirmation that the order has been placed. You will receive an additional email notifying you when it has shipped or is ready for pickup.
What is an order confirmation?
The order confirmation page provides you with a complete record of your order, including descriptions, specifications, quantities, and prices for each item ordered. It also includes shipping address(es) and method(s), billing address and payment information.
Remember, the order confirmation page is used for future reference purposes only. It is NOT your receipt.
How do I get a receipt of purchase?
The order confirmation page is NOT your receipt. Your receipt (packing slip) will accompany your order unless you have specified an item as a gift.
Can I cancel or change my order?
